Veeco LED Wins Multi-Unit Order for Maxbright Systems

A Taiwan-based company, Formosa Epitaxy and Jiangsu Canyang based in China have placed an order for multiple units of TurboDisc MaxBright Multi-Reactor MOCVD System developed by Veeco Instruments. The TurboDisc system is used in the production process of high-brightness light emitting diodes (HB LEDs).

The President of Jiangsu Canyang, Frank Chien stated that the flexible process capabilities, compact architecture and high productivity of the MaxBright system are well-suited for the company’s production process.

The Executive Vice President of Veeco LED & Solar, William J. Miller expressed his excitement at the selection of MaxBright systems by Formosa Epitaxy and Jiangsu Canyang and further added that the MaxBright system is an ideal solution for LED production.
