Clean room design builder based in Pittsburgh, HWI Global has signed a Letter of Intent to initiate a joint partnership with Enigma Concepts.
HWI Global will work with Enigma Concepts in order to develop a lighting solution with improved scotopic value for conventional incandescent and fluorescent lighting. The LED lighting solution will have good quality light than the sophisticated compact fluorescent lights. It is also expected to decrease radiant heat, consumption of power and eye strain in clean room surroundings.
Enigma Concepts’ Chief Executive Officer, G. Erik McMillan stated that the design and prototype of the lighting solutions have already begun. He added that when the preliminary data acquisition is accrued for the LED solution, development of the lighting fixture would be initiated.
The Chief Executive Officer of HWI, Deric Haddad mentioned that the LED solution could benefit the user in numerous ways. The lighting solution is expected to decrease the heat-loads, offer energy-saving dimming techniques, lessen the energy used by fixtures, and decrease the number of required fixtures.
