Vishay Intertechnology has introduced three cool white LED modules, the VLPC1201A2, VLPC1201A2J and VLPC0601A2, integrated with 12 or 6 high-bright LEDs.
Cool White LED Modules
The VLPC1201A2 features two 120 mm x 14 mm modules with 6 LEDs and 870 lm of luminous flux. The VLPC1201A2J has a row of 12 LEDs on a PCB with dimensions 240 mm x 14 mm and luminous flux of 1740 lm, while the VLPC0601A2 comprises 240 mm x 14 mm PCB with 6 LEDs in a line and 870 lm of luminous flux. These products have widened the choices available for the light designers to choose the suitable luminous power and PCB size according to the application requirements.
The LED Modules deliver a color temperature range between 5000 and 7000 K. They comprise a single-side, metal-core PCB with a Cu thickness of over 0.75 µm and a glossy white surface. The VLPC1201A2 and VLPC1201A2J feature 20 mm of LED pitch, while the VLPC0601A2 has 40 mm of LED pitch. All the three products feature 80° of viewing angle and 700 mA of optimum current.
All the three cool white LED modules meet the criteria of ROHS 2002/95/EC. They are developed to substitute fluorescent lights in residential, industrial, automotive and commercial applications.
