Buckley Air Force Base Installs Sunovia’s EvoLucia LED Fixtures

Sunovia Energy Technologies’ EvoLucia LED Aimed Optics Shoebox fixtures have been installed throughout Buckley Air Force Base.

Buckley AFB is a military base that is keen on protecting the environment. The 120 W LED Shoebox fixtures of Sunovia will minimize energy consumption in the military base by more than 30% and will provide maintenance-free lighting for nearly 10 years.

Buckley has chosen Sunovia’s LED light fixtures due to their evenness of light, high visibility and huge lumen outputs. Due to LED lighting’s higher color rendering index (CRI), several high-security facilities are opting for LED light fixtures instead of metal halide or high pressure sodium. The LED lights of Sunovia can differentiate colors, particularly in areas where visibility and safety are required, due to their superior CRI.

The Aimed LED technology helps spread light uniformly because of the aiming of optics that points the light at and illuminates only the area where greater amount of light is required.
