Switch Lighting Introduces LED Replacement Bulb that Delivers Optimum Warm Light

Switch Lighting has introduced a LED replacement bulb that produces optimum warm light using a proprietary ‘City of Light’ technology. With this technology, the bulb produces a self-cooling condition inside the bulb, resulting in optimum brightness using fewer LEDs.

‘City of Light’ technology-based LED Replacement Bulb

The warm white LED replacement bulb is an economical substitute for 75 W equivalent bulbs. The company is developing its LED bulbs based on Cradle to Cradle standards. It recovers all substances from the used light bulbs constantly and economically and then recycles them safely.

The innovative cooling system in the light bulbs allows them to be used in any applications without compromising on their operating life of 20,000 h. Each bulb saves up to $140 over its operating life when compared to the energy consumption of 5 h usage of a 75 W equivalent bulb.

Unlike fluorescent bulbs, the Switch LED bulb is devoid of mercury. It consumes 85% less power when compared to incandescent bulbs and its payback period is one year. The company’s ‘City of Light’ technology offers the same light quality, aesthetic appeal and feel of an incandescent bulb and thus is a suitable solution for people looking for eco-friendly and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
