DILAS Offers Diode Laser Bars Covering a Broader Wavelength Spectrum

Today, DILAS broadens its wavelength spectrum of diode laser bars.

The additional wavelengths of 1210nm and 1320nm diode laser bars boast wall plug efficiencies of >40%. With the new wavelengths at 1210nm and 1320nm DILAS now covers the wavelength range between 1µm and 2µm with the specific wavelengths at 1064nm, 1210nm, 1320nm, 1470nm, 1550nm and 1940nm.

Based on conduction-cooled diode laser arrays, DILAS’ fiber-coupled diode laser modules generate output powers of 12W, 25W, 40W, 100W, using a standard single core 600µm fiber with a numerical aperture of <0.22 and SMA-905 fiber connector. Such fiber coupled diode laser modules are ideal for integration into a host of applications targeted at the medical market.

Easily integrated into OEM equipment, these sealed, conduction-cooled, fiber-coupled modules feature options such as power meter, visible pointer, serial fiber interlocks, and user exchangeable protection window, providing maximum flexibility for integration into larger systems.

These high-power diode laser bars can be principally integrated into all DILAS packages, ranging from single-bar configurations up to large-scale stack modules which can include hundreds of bars per module.

Like all DILAS diode lasers, each bar is manufactured to the industry’s highest standards, resulting in stable sources with the highest beam quality.
