Ibml, a company that delivers comprehensive document capture and scanning solutions, and Eastman Kodak Company have signed a contract to expand their global service relationships and reseller operations.
The wide array of software packages and document imaging scanners developed by ibml will be covered by KODAK Service and Support in the U.S. and Canada.
As per the new contract, the service and reseller support network will cater to Kodak’s Asia Pacific Region clients comprising Australia, China, and countries in the Pacific and Asia Rim.
KODAK commenced coverage for ibml products in 2003. Both companies have previously collaborated in 2005 to launch a reseller program to serve clients in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. It has also been agreed upon that KODAK will provide support services for ibml’s software portfolio and document scanner across all regions in the U.S. and Canada.
ibml offers a wide range of document capture applications that includes the innovative IMAGETRAC Inline Document Scanners, and DOCNETICS and SOFTTRAC capture and management software packages.
