Tii Network Technologies Acquires Frederick Fiber Optics

Tii Network Technologies, a company that produces and distributes network products for the communications market, has declared the acquisition of 100% stocks of Frederick Fiber Optics (F2O).

According to sources, the initial cash transaction was made immediately and incentive payments were agreed to be made after reaching several performance milestones over a period of two years.

Based in Frederick Maryland, F2O is a successful company that produces a wide range of fiber optic cable assemblies, fiber distribution panels and other fiber accessories. The company offers innovative services and has surpassed a total of $2 million in sales. The acquisition is anticipated to increase Tii Network Technologies’ earnings in the Q3 of 2011.

Alex Feezer, Founder and CEO of F2O, believes that the collaboration of the two companies will promote dynamic competition in areas such as sales channels, capital resources and technical capabilities.
