AVEVA will showcase its laser technology offerings, the IntelliLaser and the Laser Model Interface, at the 2011 SPAR Conference 2011 in Texas.
AVEVA IntelliLaser offers digital navigation of any physical property, allowing process plant businesses to empower their laser-scan data with intelligence cost effectively. With the help of the IntelliLaser, three-dimensional laser survey data can be converted into a resource of valuable data for asset management over the Internet.
The AVEVA Laser Model Interface combines high definition scanning with data centric three dimensional design. This helps reduce the business risk involved in brownfield plant engineering, maintenance and operation through a flawless design. The advantage of the product is its open interface and quick assessment of the revised design.
The Executive Vice President Business Strategy for AVEVA, Mat Truche-Gordon stated that through constant innovation, AVEVA has been able to offer its customers a flawless integration of engineering software with their laser data. Gordon also added that a new software application capable of improving the quality of turning laser scanned information into three-dimensional plant prototypes will be revealed at the SPAR conference.
The conference will be held at the Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center near Houston between 21 and 24 March, 2011. A seminar captioned ‘Dramatic improvements in process plant engineering using AVEVA's Laser Scan solutions’ will be hosted by AVEVA on 23rd March.
