Eurolaser Provides CO₂ Laser-Based Acrylic Cutting System

Eurolaser GmbH provides a CO₂ laser-based acrylic cutting device that can cut both production and prototype batches. The company also offers a shuttle table handling acrylic sheets measuring up to 297x400 mm.

Acrylic signs have a high-quality appearance and are suitable for offices, shops and public buildings. The signs are digitally printed on the backside to give the preferred information.

Acrylic is an ideal material for CO₂ laser procedure as printing and laminations do not have any detrimental effect and the final product is created in a single step. Acrylic material also eliminates post processing of the corners.

The laser cutting process offers a chipless processing and does not require any clamping. It offers smooth and clear edges and processes with a protective foil. An optional camera recognition feature offers high contour preciseness. With reverse printed acrylic, the surface does not get damaged and lighting effects further improve the impression.
