Laser Mechanisms Begins Mass Production of FiberMini Zero Degree Laser Processing Head

Laser Mechanisms, a leading producer of articulated arm systems and laser beam delivery components based in Novi Michigan, has started the mass production of the FiberMini Zero Degree laser processing head. The product was demonstrated at Fabtech International in Atlanta.

The FiberMini Zero Degree is small in size and has a simple but versatile design. Its unique design enables the company to enhance the efficiency of the processing head according to the customers’ fiber laser requirements. The power rating of the laser processing head is up to 2 kW, making the equipment to cut a broad range of materials. The FiberMini Zero Degree is also available in numerous welding setups.

The laser processing head comes with or without capacitive height sensing and has temperature sensing to safeguard optics. It also features 10 mm of lens movement to configure focus and fast and simple access to the cover slide. The laser head comes with configurations for most of the renowned fiber connections.
