Magnaray International has introduced two new products in its outdoor lighting portfolio called the W3PT5048 and the W2PT5048 Series that are energy-efficient outdoor-cantilevered dual pole-mount twin T5 fixtures.
Outdoor Twin T5 Luminaires
The W3PT5048 and the W2PT5048 Series have high-quality cantilevered asymmetric and symmetric illumination designs with stacked fixtures mounted to in-ground square or round poles. As in geometric design, two to four horizontal twin T5 fluorescent light housings can be mounded to project further than their holding fulcrum, which is connected to a single vertical pole. The light gives a low-glare white illumination. The series has longer operating life and offers better performance at low cost.
Each fixture of the W3PT5048 and the W2PT5048 Series contains two downward-aimed and uniformly distributed out fluorescent lamps. The fixtures’ light-emitting performance is 89%. They offer accurate turn-off and thus avoid wastage of light. Every lighthead uses 53 W per twin T5 lamp, a dual-head stacked array uses 212 W, and a triple-head array uses 318 W.
The twin T5 light luminaires are ideal replacements for LED, mercury vapor, metal halide, high-pressure sodium and plasma or induction pole-mounted luminaires. The lamp offers uniform brightness of up to 90% and has an operating life of up to 50,000 h. The W3PT5048 and the W2PT5048 Series are gasketed, sealed, IP54 certified and CSAUS Wet-Location listed.
