Bulbs.com Offers Philips EnduraLED A-Shape LED Light Bulb

Philips Lighting distributor, Bulbs.com has added Philips’ latest lighting product, the EnduraLED 12 W A-shape LED bulb, to its offering.

The innovative LED bulb is developed to substitute the regular 60 W incandescent light bulbs in almost all applications.

The A-shape LED bulb has recently won the best LED replacement lamp of 2010 title in the Lighting for Tomorrow competition. It has also been nominated as a finalist for the L-Prize competition, sponsored by the US Department of Energy to promote the development of high-efficient solid-state illumination products to substitute standard light bulbs.

The Chief Executive Officer at Bulbs.com, Mike Connors, stated that the company is sells only qualified and durable illumination products such as EnduraLED lighting products from Philips. The company is encouraging its customers to use such products as they are free from mercury, offer instant and uniform light and consume less energy than halogen and incandescent bulbs, he added.
