The 98 telephone cable fault locator integrates intelligent bridge testing and TDR features into a single device.
The cable fault locator is suitable for analyzing bunched pigtails, ribbons or patch cords. It includes a large LCD-backlit LCD screen, an automatic power off design, and a low voltage warning function.
The cable fault locator provides a visual fault locator and wave shape comparison for convenient and fast troubleshooting. It measures maximum distance of 15 km with a less than 1 m dead zone test distance. In addition, the device check fault test types, namely, bad insulation, immersion and grounding.
