Arrow Distributes Cree’s LMR2 LED Lighting Modules

Arrow Electronics, provider of electronic component solutions, announced that it will distribute Cree’s LMR2 LED lighting module to enhance the adoption of LED lighting technology and streamline the lighting design.

LMR2 LED Module

The LMR2 module is the new addition in the Cree LED module series and Arrow has been distributing the product from November 2010.

The LMR2 module features a compact design that facilitates in increasing the design versatility for applications such as small aperture downlights, wall washers, and pendant lightings. It has a 2.25” aperture and offers an uncomplicated solution for lighting manufacturers and designers. The module utilizes TrueWhite Technology to offer high-quality lighting for various applications such as hospitals, retail, and restaurants.

Arrow’s Director of the Lighting Division, Gary Zullo stated that the company shares Cree’s passion for advancing the adoption of LED lighting solutions. He added that the LMR2 lighting module would help customers simplify and enhance the development cycle.
