The annual production volume output of the thin film modules is 300 MW. Numerous customers from across the world have ordered for the IMPALA series module that focuses on CIGS and CIS processing.

The IMPALA laser processing solution has a maximum panel size of 1600 nm. The unit’s parallel processing and multi-laser operation assure high throughput by utilizing numerous tool heads. Enhanced handling concepts and the choice of applying through-the-glass processes decrease soiling and damagers during the structuring process.

InnoLas has also opened a new production plant in Krailling, Germany to secure sustainable production capacities. Sales Manager of InnoLas, Alejandro Becker stated that the new production facility would allow the company to process customer enquiries and execute technological developments reliably, flexibly, and quickly.
