Provider of laser and optical communications solutions, Oclaro will unveil new laser-based solutions and will present six technical papers at the Photonics West exhibition in San Francisco, from 22 to 27 January 2011. In addition, the company will announce its new market expansion plans at the event.
The products lined up for the event incorporate advanced technology devised in the telecom space, which is being used in new markets including industrial lasers, medical and consumer electronics. Furthermore, Oclaro will also discuss about the success of its VCSEL series.
The technical papers include Low-Cost High-Reliability 830nm Single Mode Lasers for Consumer Electronics and CtP Applications; Miniaturized High-Power Er:YAG Solid State Laser Pumped by a Single Laser Diode Bar; Versatile 1 W Narrow Band 976 nm Light Source; and Compact Intracavity Frequency Doubled Diode Laser at 465 nm. Other presentations include Bright Laser Source with High-Power Single Mode Emitting Diode Laser Stacked Array Assembly and Fiber Coupling, and Automated Assembly Processes for High-Power Single Emitter Diode Lasers.
