Laser Research Optics, a subsidiary of Meller Optics, announced that it has introduced a new range of OEM-quality beam and cavity delivery mirrors for Trumpf lasers. The external beam and cavity/resonator delivery optics have plane-parallel configurations.
Delivery Mirrors
The mirrors also incorporate phase retarders, output couplers, rear mirrors, phase lock, and zero phase in various sizes ranging from 38 to 68 mm. They are manufactured using single-crystal mirror-grade silicon. The mirrors feature an improved silver coating for a minimum reflectance of 99.6% at a wavelength of 10.6 µm.
The delivery mirrors are priced according to the type and size. The optics lasers comply with ISO-10110 specifications and feature 20-10 scratch-dig surface quality and 1/40th wave maximum flatness.
