Cobra Electronics Launches Radar and Laser Detection Systems at 2011 International CES Show

Manufacturer of digital laser detection systems, Cobra Electronics has unveiled new range of digital radar/laser detection systems at the 2011 International CES show in Nevada. The radar/laser detection solutions will be available in March 2011.

Cobra 2011 Radar Line

The 2011 radar detector series include five new models in two families, namely, the Cobra Formula R Series with two detector models, and the Cobra Formula S Series including three models. The models have a newly engineered high-gain radar/laser lens, improved false signal rejection, enhanced range and performance, and a sophisticated detection circuitry. In addition, they feature compact profile and enhanced aluminum decorative badges.

The XRS 9570, XRS 9470, and XRS 9370 models in the Formula S Series detectors feature various functions such as voice alerts, LaserEye 360 laser detection, auto-mute, city/highway selector, and 14-band detection. The XRS 9770 and XRS 9670 models in the Formula R Series detectors have the features including 8-point compass, DigiView data display, Smart Power, Intellishield Tri-Level City mode, and 15-band detection.
