Bosch Solar Energy to Deliver Thin-Film Solar Modules for EME’s PV-Building Projects

Supplier of solar cells, Bosch Solar Energy has entered into a 3-year contract with a photovoltaic wholesaler, EME Energie Management Eberlein for the delivery of thin-film silicon modules with 31 MWp. Under the agreement, EME will use Bosch Energy’s thin-film solar modules in EME’s roof systems and field projects.

Bosch Solar Energy offers solar modules and cells that deliver high productivity, at sub-optimal sunlight levels. Solar Energy is the latest business division started in the Bosch Group.

EME is a photovoltaic company with markets in Greece, France, Italy, and Germany. The company handles the technical implementation and projecting of complex and turnkey solar power systems, as well as wholesale distribution of full PV solar systems and single components.

EME Energie Management Eberlein’s Managing Director, Herbert Eberlein stated that the efficient thin-film silicon modules match the company’s product line. He added that the silicon modules are a significant inclusion to the previous thin-film CdTe-based modules.
