PPT Vision, manufacturer of intelligent camera solutions, has launched high-resolution M-390 cameras that offer enhanced precision for machine vision applications. The cameras are single systems featuring four asynchronously triggered cameras that run unique identification, guidance, or inspection programs.
The M-390 cameras’ design enables operators to match camera resolutions for all inspection points. They provide 16 times better resolution when compared to VGA vision camera models. The cameras offer solutions for inspections need high precision. The cameras integrate a small form factor, high-speed image capture, and high-resolution inspection accuracy.
The four smart cameras enable the M-Series solutions to accurately determine features, identify defects, and distinguish parts. The cameras feature an optional right angle that delivers enhanced mounting options in space-restricted locations. The vision system enables users to carry out a maximum of four different inspections and eradicates the requirement to procure expensive inspection/guidance programs.
The cameras’ M40 processor functions with Microsoft Windows XP and utilizes universal Impact software to transfer images and data. The M-Series cameras offer a machine vision solution for industries needing more than one inspection that include automotive, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
