Developer of laser display software, Pangolin Laser Systems announced that it has released an upgraded version of the Lasershow Designer QuickShow platform. The company developed the laser platform to address the market requirements for cost-effective laser software that provides user’s with the capability to generate improved laser light shows.
The QuickShow version 2.0 features a new workspace that includes QuickFX, additional logos, beam effects and atmospherics. It has a Virtual Laser Jockey feature that can automatically trigger effects and cues to the music beats. The platform has language menus with support for Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Chinese and English.
Pangolin has also added video tutorials that can be easily obtained from the help menu. The QuickShow version 2.0 provides users with the capability to control a maximum of nine laser projectors. The platform’s zone hot-keys allow users to view nine projection zones.
Pangolin has included further support for DMX Output and Input by utilizing the ENTTEC DMX USB PRO control unit. The program’s timeline section has been significantly enhanced and includes new event editors. Users can now export any type of cue to various frames. The exported frames can be utilized with other software products such as the LiveQUICK, LivePRO or LD2000.
