Autonics Launches Photoelectric Sensors with Optical Lens

Autonics, a Korean company specializing in controllers and sensor, has launched advanced photoelectric sensors with optical lens. The BJ Series sensors are reliable and offer superior performance.

The BJ Series, with unique optical lens and sophisticated sensing algorithm, is suitable for long distance sensing applications. The sensor also has enhanced noise resistance characteristic. Various sensors such as transparent glass sensing type model and micro spot type model meet the demands of individual user for a number of industrial applications.

Compact Photoelectric Sensors

The BJ Series is a small sensor and measures 32, 10.6 and 20 mm in height, length and width, respectively. It features an IEC standard protection structure IP65 and comes with Dark ON and Light ON options. However, the transparent glass sensing type model does not have this option. Other salient features include short-circuiting safety circuit, reverse polarity and automatic mutual interference prevention functions. The Transmitted beam type and Long distance sensing type models do not feature the automatic mutual interference prevention function.

The Long distance sensing type comes with superior lens. The sensor’s integral Mirror Surface Rejection (MSR) feature reduces the sensing error considerably.

The Micro spot type model is designed to sense tiny objects with size of up to 0.2 mm. The red LED feature facilitates checking of sensing spot. The Transparent glass sensing type model is designed to sense transparent objects such as PDP, glass and LCD.
