SIM2 to Showcase C3X LUMIS 3D Dual-Projector at 2011 CES Show

SIM2, along with Procella Audio and DNP, will take part in the 2011 CES Show to be held in Las Vegas.

C3X LUMIS 3D Dual-Projection System

SIM2 will demonstrate the Grand Cinema C3X LUMIS 3D dual-projection system at the show. The C3X LUMIS 3D has won the 2011 Innovations Design and Engineering Award.

The C3X LUMIS 3D dual-projector reproduces 3D images with same vivid intensity and depth as seen in theatres. The projector is powered by two C3X LUMIS three-chip, high-definition DLP projectors and delivers a maximum of 6000 lm to a standard screen. The projectors are equipped with a motorized 3D filter and can be configured for 3D and 2D images at high-definition resolution of 1080p.

SIM2’s Executive Vice-President, Alberto Fabiano stated that the C3X LUMIS 3D projector would be showcased along with Procella Audio loudspeakers and a DNP screen. He added that the company aims to offer SIM2-quality images in a diverse range of customer rooms such as family/games rooms and media rooms, irrespective of lighting conditions.
