INOC Participates in Dark Fiber Community

INOC, provider of (Network Operations Center) NOC support and monitoring services, is participating in Allied Fiber’s online vendor directory, Dark Fiber Community.

The online vendor directory features a fiber optic ecosystem with various members such as service vendors, infrastructure providers, and fiber equipment and technology manufacturers.

INOC’s participation in Dark Fiber Community demonstrates that remote network monitoring is a vital part to deliver lit and dark fiber services. Allied Fiber has recruited over 35 companies to join the Dark Fiber Community. The Allied Fiber team consists of experts from finance, network construction, and communications fields. Allied Fiber constructs and provides access to dark fiber for required regions.

INOC offers support and monitoring of optical networks for major Tier 3 and 2 carriers. The company’s NOC monitoring solutions are compatible with various optical network technologies including OCx ATM, 10 Gigabit SONET, 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE), and new technologies such as OTN, PBB, and MPLS.
