Legrand | Ortronics Launches OptiMo High Density Fiber Optic Products

Legrand | Ortronics announced that it has rolled out new optical fiber solutions that incorporate pre-terminated cassettes, adapter panels, and rack mount fiber enclosures. The OptiMo High Density (HD) solutions are designed specifically for space-restricted deployments.

OptiMo HD Fiber-Optic Solution

The high-density fiber enclosures come in 4U, 3U, 2U, and 1U variants. They accept cassettes and adapter panels with decreased width and provide a 33% enhancement in terminations for every unit of rack space, when compared to standard density products. The OptiMo HD solution can offer a maximum of 384 fibers in a 4U version.

The OptiMo HD solutions incorporate HDFP-series adapter panels and Momentum 4 (M4) cassettes in MPO and LC-quad configurations. Ortronics heat shrink sleeves and fusion splice tray offer more storage and protection for splices and fiber cables.

A complete OptiMo HD solution offers full fiber patching solution, which is suitable for SAN environments and data centers where space is limited.

The OptiMO solutions are optimized for Ortronics Mighty Mo device cabinets and racks and offer the same kind of reliability and performance of Ortronics density fiber products.
