Everlight Electronics Releases Multichip Yi LED Lighting Series

Everlight Electronics has released a new four-chip Yi LED lighting device that delivers high luminosity and power. The multichip LED lighting device is ideal for exterior and interior automotive illumination, beacon and signal lighting, commercial lighting, entertainment and decoration lighting, retrofit bulbs, outdoor and indoor lighting and general illumination.

Yi LED Lighting Series

The LED device measures 6×6×4.28 mm, and exhibits minimal thermal resistance due to the ceramic substrate. In addition, the LED can be operated at a maximum of 5 W power at a driving current of 700 mA. With 700 mA current, the lighting device exhibits a minimum luminous flux of 325 lm at a correlated color temperature of 3000 K or up to 400 lm at a correlated color temperature of 6500 K.

The multichip Yi LED features a standard 105° wide view angle and an electrically isolated thermal pad that offers convenience in electrical and thermal design. In addition, the lighting device has a 1 moisture sensitivity level, lumens maintenance matching the IESNA LM80 test method, and electrostatic discharge protection at a maximum of 2 kV.
