Energy Focus Receives Additional Lighting Retrofit Contracts Worth $4.1 Million

Provider of LED lighting solutions, Energy Focus has received four new additional lighting retrofit contracts worth $4.1 million. More than $1 million will be used for lighting upgrade at a military base and over $2 million will be used for a southeastern university. The rest of the contracts will be used for an elementary school district and a community college.

Energy Focus has completed the auditing process of the facilities, developed an approved energy-efficient design, and inventoried its lighting systems. In addition, the company will acquire the materials and supervise the lighting installation.

Energy Focus’ Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Kaveski stated that the company is pleased to receive a number of new contracts for the fourth quarter. He added that the additional contracts would create considerable backlog for work in the next year and would increase sales in the current year.
