Universal Display to Showcase OLED and Phosphorescent Technologies at Japan Exhibition

Universal Display will showcase a wide range of OLED technology prototypes and product theories at Green Device 2010 and FPD International 2010 in Japan. The exhibition will feature latest innovations in green and flat panel display technologies.

Universal Display will highlight the advantages of using proprietary OLED and phosphorescent technologies in white OLED lighting and OLED displays. In addition, the company will address the latest development in the PHOLED technology and materials such as the UniversalP(2)OLED material systems.

Universal Display will also display the light-blue PHOLED material system, which is a four-subpixel OLED display. The material system offers performance improvements for white OLED lighting.

The UniversalPHOLED technology and materials are used in various multi-media players, cell phones and display devices. In addition, the technology is vital in developing energy-saving white OLED lighting products.
