Datasound Laboratories Releases Analogue Resistive Touchscreen Panel PCs

Datasound Laboratories (DSL), a company specializing in embedded computing, has introduced a new series of slim analogue resistive touch screen panel PCs. The PCs are available with options of 19", 17", 15" and 12" TFT LCDs. The APC-3x84 PCs are suitable for analytical and automation control applications.

Analog Resistive Touchscreen PC

The TFT LCD-enabled APC 3 x 84 PCs are powered with the Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz processor. The Intel 945GSE +ICH7M chipset supports the PCs with up to a system memory of 2 GB. The PCs deliver exceptional graphics performance with a maximum of 16.2 M colours.

The APC-3x84 PCs offer high reliability and performance and has the communication capabilities needed for a HMI with one RS232/422/485 serial port, one RS232 port, four USB 2.0 ports and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports. The PCs are powered by a DC supply of 11 to 32 V. The PC’s IP65-rated stainless steel enclosure is suitable for harsh environments that require high mounting flexibility.
