ENERGY STAR Label for Nexxus Array LED Bulb

Nexxus Lighting announced that its 7.8 W R30 LED light bulb has been qualified for the ENERGY STAR label. The Array R30 LED reflector lamp is the first lamp replacement to qualify for the label.

Array LED R30

The R30 LED light bulb underwent meticulous third party testing to particular standards of quality and performance, to receive the label. The Array R30 uses Nexxus’ thermal management system to provide output of more than 60 lm/w. The LED bulb utilizes only 8 w to generate 500 lm, at 3000 K color temperature and 84 color rendering index.

Nexxus has submitted additional lamps to obtain the ENERGY STAR label. This is a part of the efforts of the company to bring commercial grade, efficient LED replacement bulbs to the market. The company has 37 combined foreign and US patent pending applications and 23 issued patents associated with its Array Lighting product line.
