Fujinon Launches Immervision’s Panomorph Lenses in Europe

Developer of the 360° panomorph lens, ImmerVision announced that Fujinon has introduced the 2MPx ImmerVision Enables panomorph lens.

Fujinon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujifilm. The YF360A-2/SA2 panomorph lenses will be available in Africa, Middle-East, and Europe.

The panomorph design allows a complete 360° blind spot view while utilizing nearly the whole sensor area. The YF360A-2/SA2 lens, in combination with the ImmerVision Enables software, provides complete operations of a 360° view. The lens offers both playback and live views. It can be utilized with a diverse range of 1/3” CS-mount cameras.

Fujinon’s Manager, CCTV Sales, Masaaki Kondo stated that the company is delighted to roll out the YF360A-2/SA2 lens. Kondo added that the company has the ability to provide high-quality panomorph optics for CCTV systems.
Immervision’s Chief Commercial Officer, Alessandro Gasparini stated that the product launch not only shows Fujinon’s market leadership and optical innovation, it also indicates the demand for ImmerVision Enables solutions and panomorph lenses for CCTV.
