Communications and consumer electronics solutions provider, ViewSonic, has announced that the company’s entire range of display products will now contain LED technology from 2011. The transition to LED technology is to provide enhanced performance and considerable energy savings to the customers.
ViewSonic has recently launched a 22” LED monitor, the VX2250wm that reinforced its leadership place in the LED technology. The company will continue to introduce energy-efficient and novel products in the coming months. For instance, the new 3D LED display will utilize the LED lighting technology. The company will continue to develop CCFL displays until the demand reduces for such products.
ViewSonic Americas’ General Manager and VP, Jeff Volpe, stated that consumers are switching to LED display products as they save energy expenditures and provide better picture quality. He added that the company is paving the way for a sustainable future through its range of green LED products.
