Manufacturer of precision laser alignment systems, Seiffert Industrial, has launched a new, advanced laser alignment system called the Pulley Partner LRS. The long-range laser alignment system aligns the belt-driven systems between the movable and stationary parts.
Pulley Partner LRS
The Pulley Partner LRS magnetically fastens to the exterior or interior region of a sprocket or pulley. The company’s proprietary reflected laser beam technology provides maximum angular resolution, resulting in precise and reliable readings.
The laser-pulley alignment system can measure any size of pulley. The Pulley Partner LRS transmitter projects a laser line on the reflector, which is positioned on the opposite pulley. The reflector shows a reference line that instantly specifies the vertical and offset misalignment. Then, the laser line gets reflected back into the Pulley Partner LRS transmitter’s reference line to indicate the horizontal angle misalignment. This process ensures that all pulley misalignment aspects are resolved.
