Laser Components Introduces New Fiber Strippers for Medical Applications

Laser Components has developed the new sterilizable fiber strippers for the laser medicine applications. The strippers offer an easy and safe removal of an optical fiber’s buffer during an operation. There is no special technical knowledge required to operate these fiber strippers.

As the stripper has visible laser marking on both of its sides, it is easy to identify different types of strippers. The fiber stripper is offered for different fiber core diameters ranging from 200 to 1000 µm.

The strippers deliver a reliable operation after repeated sterilizations within an autoclave. As per the sterilization process’ validation, the needs of the sterile solutions are met after the completion of the sterilization process.
