Lighthouse Now Offers More American-Built LED Displays

Manufacturer of LED video displays, Lighthouse is now constructing LED video screens by making use of American-brand LEDs, manufactured by Cree.

This enables the company to present LED screens with higher proportion of US made materials to various American sports venues. More than 65% of the materials for the LED screens are sourced from US-based companies including Cree.

Cree and Lighthouse have collaborated on installations such as the Southern Illinois Salukis, Long Island Ducks, and the American Airlines Center. The companies will also join in the future to install LED video systems at the Matthew Knight Arena in the University of Oregon, and the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.

The Lighthouse NASA Sales Director, Ed Whitaker stated that by collaborating with Cree, the company could not only provide better products at a better price, but also provide a more American-built LED product.
