SKYFIBER to Deploy Optical Wireless Broadband in Medical Center

A Texas-based hospital, Medical Center Hospital (MCH), has selected SKYFIBER to expand its center’s broadband connectivity. A major broadband connectivity will be carried out between the Family Heath remote clinic and MCH. The optical wireless broadband from SKYFIBER will increase the bandwidth by roughly 80× the present capacity.

SKYFIBER provides optical wireless broadband through an On-Demand licensing model, which allows faster marketing time and lower entry cost than the existing available solutions namely microwave or fiber. The On-Demand model, which is available with a monthly subscription fee, offers bandwidth to fulfill individuals’ current capacity requirements. In addition, the On-Demand model also does away with maintenance expenditures and offers latest technology, complete flexibility and increased capacity to the customers.

Medical Center Hospital is a healthcare center that provides quality healthcare services to Odessa’s residents. Enhancing the center’s broadband connectivity will enable the hospital to deliver advanced medical services to the community.
