Laser Components has developed new, advanced Sterilizable MediStrip fiber strippers for medical applications. During a medical procedure, the fiber strippers can remove an optical fiber buffer safely and effectively.
Laser Components Sterilizable-Fiber-Strippers
The Sterilizable MediStrip fiber strippers are available for those fibers that have a diameter ranging from 200-1000 µm. The laser marking present on both the sides of the fiber stripper helps in identifying the types of strippers.
The MediStrip fiber strippers can function safely and reliably even after repeated sterilization in an autoclave. Results of the sterilization process have shown that requirements needed for sterile products are met after the sterilization process is completed. Moreover, the in-house production ensures high-quality fiber strippers.
