Z-LASER has launched a new, advanced ZM18 laser series for the scientific, alignment, medical, vision and measurement industries. The lasers are available with IR, blue, green and red wavelengths and deliver an output power of up to 200mW.
ZM18 laser
The ZM18 lasers provide 5-30 VDC operation and protects from reverse polarity, spike and voltage. Both digital and analogue modulations of the ZM18 lasers can be done simultaneously at the specified voltage range and up to 20 MHz frequencies. These factors vary the laser intensity and allow laser synchronization with a camera. The lasers include a built-in serial interface and micro controller, which enable the logging of operating hours and temperature.
The laser is resistant to water and has an external hand focusing mechanism. It also features a thread-mounted barrel that allows flexible mounting. The laser has a pre-failure indicator and offers an LED laser operation.
