Carmanah Technologies has released a new online application, the Carmanah EverGEN Selector Tool, which helps to choose the solar LED lighting for off-grid, and outdoor lighting applications.

The online tool enables users to search various solutions and find the Carmanah EverGEN lighting systems’ technical specifications that match their applications.
The considerations for selecting a solar LED lighting system are collectively known as the energy budget. An energy budget is calculated by the system’s geographical location, the quantity of light needed from the lighting system, and the way the light is used. Users have to enter into carmanah.com/lighting and input the energy budget factors. A database runs the calculations and generates a list of EverGEN solar LED lighting choices.
The selector tool also takes care of the battery life of the system by considering the way in which the factors will affect performance of the system over years. The LED lighting systems ensures reliable performance in the long run.
Carmanah’s Chief Executive Officer, Ted Lattimore, stated that as the technical specification package can be printed or send through email, the users can easily hare the information with others.
