Eco Depot Acquires CSTech to Deliver LED Lighting Solutions

Eco Depot announced that it has acquired CS Tech (America) and the latter will be merged into the company as a wholly owned unit.

The merger creates an innovative, alternative lighting system to match the deadline for incandescent light bulb’s phase out. The acquisition will combine some of the advanced LED engineering technologies to develop and deliver energy-compliant, high-performance lighting products to meet the pending implementation of the ban of incandescent bulb across the globe. The move also speeds up CS Tech's initiative to enhance its production and delivery capacity to meet the U.S. municipalities’ demand for replacing the street lighting systems.

Eco Depot will start integrating the operations, and customer care organizations of the two companies to assure immediate value and smooth transition for investors, partners, and customers. The company also has announced the new LED Lighting Systems of CS Tech for corporations, and municipalities that plan to retro-fit area and street lighting, sports stadium illumination markets, and industrial and office T-bar lighting markets.

Arthur Han of Eco Depot stated that the imminent movement to replace mercury-halogen and fluorescent lighting with LED lighting systems is the greatest eco-friendly retro-fit legislation till date. This move will conserve more energy than the wind turbines or solar panels and will change the way the people look at the fiscal and energy responsibilities of lighting.
