Alluma Tech, North America’s marketing division of Rocus International, announced that the 7,721,457B2 US patent has been awarded to John Chiang and Ken-Sheng Chiang for the company’s Lite Tech LED product family. The new technology offers longer life LED, superior vibrant illumination, and cost-effective fabrication.
Lite Tech uses point to point soldering, low power LEDs, and metal housing to disperse the heat, leading to longer lifespan for LEDs. The product line utilizes graphic decorating that is enhanced by phosphor to attain brightness when under lower wattage.
The patent awarded to Lite Tech has increased the challenge for illuminated POP branding. The LED signs can now be produced without expensive injection molds, in reduced lead times, and in a minimal budget. The Lite Tech LEDs deliver brightness similar to traditional neon lights.
John Chiang of Rocus International stated that the offshore Lite Tech plant is completely integrated, which enables faster services. He said that the company assembles and delivers LED products out of Oceanside in four to six weeks earlier than normal LED production lead-time.
President of Alluma Tech, Mike Nissen, stated that the company is delighted to collaborate with Rocus International to launch these new products in the market.
