Semrock, a manufacturer of optical filters for the analytical instrumentation and biotech industries, has announced its latest offering, the FH1 filter holder. The new filter holder is the second product from the company’s opto-mechanical mount line.

The holder is designed to hold the dichroic beamsplitters without any impact to the flatness level. The filter holder also offers angle tuning and other motorized functions. The FH1 holder is originally designed for application with the VersaChrome tunable filters. These holders can be used for several bench-top laboratory applications.
The beamsplitter mount offers a clear aperture of 22 mm. It is optimized for parts with the 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm dimension and is flexible to allow components of 1-2 mm thickness.
