UVC LEDs from Bolb - Now Available in Europe and the USA

LASER COMPONENTS’ product portfolio now includes UVC LEDs available in stock from the US manufacturer Bolb, Inc. We have signed an exclusive distribution agreement for both the European and American markets.

A California company, Bolb specializes in the UVC wavelength range 258-315 nm. Their flagship product is the germicidal LED (GLED), which at a typical wavelength of 270 nm and output power over 100 mW delivers significantly higher performance than similar products from other manufacturers. It is used in such important applications as water treatment and preventing the spread of hospital germs. The GLED makes new processes for the treatment of surfaces, water, and air possible.
