WiZ Connected Lights Creates Intelligent Lighting System for Homes

WiZ Connected Lights is now officially being launched in North American as one of the most sophisticated smart lighting systems available. WiZ consists of a complete range of stylish luminaries, recessed lighting and smart LED light bulbs that immediately create an intelligent lighting system for homes. It will soon be available at a limited number of Costco stores, Home Depot online and Amazon.

The ultimate, immersive lighting experience can be achieved by simply connecting the WiZ Connected Lights through a home’s Wi-Fi. An intelligent lighting system can be set up quickly and easily with WiZ, which means expensive and cumbersome hubs are no longer required to control the lights.

Users can simply plug in a WiZ luminaire or screw in their WiZ light bulb or, download WiZ’s top-rated app (available through the Apple App Store and Google Play) to “pair and share” by simply tapping on their screen and quickly clicking the light switch three times. From automatically identifying and immediately adding the lights in just 30 seconds, WiZ does all the work.

Home lighting can be fully controlled with WiZ’s patented technology. Whether it is remotely on the mobile network, through Wi-Fi on the WiZ app, preset scheduling, the WiZmote infrared remote control, or by voice over Google Home or Amazon Echo, users are in complete control.

The existing switches are made even smarter, thanks to integrated WiZclick technology. Two preferred light modes can be accessed with just one or two clicks, making the task both simple and effective.

In addition, the WiZ App allows users to set up and control multiple locations and individual rooms for work, home or any other place where lights are fitted. The app also has advanced access rights management, allowing users to give their guests restricted access to control the lights locally whilst staying connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Thus, neither the settings have to be changed nor the lights have to be remotely controlled for guests.

WiZ provides bulbs that come with 64,000 shades of white and 16 million colors to select from, allowing complete control and flexibility to users so that they can find the right color lighting options that match their lifestyle.

Armed with more than 60 popular IFTTT recipes, users can easily connect their lights with mobile GPS, sensors, motion detection cameras, or even their weather app. When the Nest camera detects motion, lights will automatically turn on, or when temperatures get cooler users can switch to a cozier white lighting mode.
• Dynamic Preset Functions – Straight out of the box, WiZ comes loaded with advanced dynamic color modes (sunset, romance, ocean, forest, mojito, fireplace) and preset white light functions (bedtime, relax, focus, cool, daylight, warm, cozy). Similar to great music tracks, smoothly randomized and synchronized, WiZ is capable of making any room glow with amazing lighting ambiences.
• Capture the Perfect Moment –Wiz comes with a host of options, which allow users to remember all their customized settings, like the perfect living room mood for watching their favorite TV show during the winter months. With WiZ Moments, users can save a snapshot of their favorite lighting hue and rapidly switch back to their required settings, by just tapping a picture.
