LASER COMPONENTS offers the new Photline ModBox-OBand-28Gb/s-NRZ-SE and ModBox-850nm-28Gb/s-NRZ-SE which provide production and R&D engineers a solution for stressed eye receiver sensitivity testing in the O-Band and at 850nm.
These reference transmitters deliver high-quality NRZ clean eye diagrams with the possibility of adding variable stress to the data. The optical transmitter operates with data-rate from 155Mb/s up to 28Gb/s, and allows variable magnitudes of stress to be applied in both horizontal (time) and vertical (optical power) eye axes (Stressed Eye).
It is primarily intended for electrical to optical conversion in an Optical Stressed Eye test set up but can also be used to test communication links and for other telecommunication stress simulation purposes.
iXBLue offer a range of ModBox reference transmitters at 850nm, in the O-band and C-Band and 1µm region.
