Ultra Pure Wavelength Tunable Light Source from HORIBA Jobin Yvon

HORIBA Jobin Yvon's new TLS-HP 2 high-power, high-purity light source is the most powerful and purest tunable light source available for detector and materials characterization.

It is also ideal for photodynamic therapy and biological photo-reactivity research.

The fully self contained TLS-HP 2 features a 450W Xenon source optomechanically coupled to a 180 mm double monochromator for superior stray light rejection. The computer controlled wavelength drive and adjustable slits allow selection of wavelengths from 250 nm to 2000 nm (depending on the gratings installed) and provide a variable spectral bandpass from less than a nanometer to 15 nanometers.

The TLS-HP 2 can be fully automated and incorporated into existing experiments via the use of the included National Instruments VI or with optional SynerJY ® software.
