The cutting edge technologies provided by MStar solutions include an advanced picture processing engine, integrated all-purpose audio/video codec support, integrated high-performance CPU/GPU and more.

“We’re dedicated to providing manufacturers with a complete 4K offering for the digital television market, starting with the DivX Certified for HEVC Ultra HD chip,” said Bill Hsiung, the Head of Corporate SW Marketing at MStar Semiconductor, Inc. “We’re pleased to enable one of the first HEVC decoding solutions to allow playback of the large volume of DivX HEVC Ultra HD videos being created by consumers each day.”
