New Vandal Resistant LED Wall Packs from Access Fixtures

Access Fixtures is expanding its line of LED Wall Packs by adding new vandal resistant LED wall packs. The new LED wall packs use traditional and modern designs that architects and designers are familiar with, but instead of using glass on the front of the fixture, the entire fixture is incased in heavy-duty aluminum.

Eliminating glass leaves nothing to break, but it means the light engines have to be included in a new way. Access Fixtures was able to take LG LED modules and mount them into pre-drilled holes in the aluminum housing. This innovative design keeps the lights on and prevents malicious activity while providing an architectural design anyone can enjoy.

“This new design has allowed us to offer property owners an energy-efficient and durable way to keep walkways lit at night without having to frequently replace broken glass and lamps,” says Access Fixtures CEO, Steven Rothschild. He continued, “The LG LED modules produce high CRI light that provides an element of safety in dark areas while the housing withstands any attempt at damage.”

The new vandal resistant LED wall packs by Access Fixtures use LG LED light engines with a CRI of 70+. Each light engine module emits 1300 lumens per module using only 12 watts of energy and are available in 3000K, 4000K, 5700K, or 6500K. LG light engines are rated for 50,000 hours. All wall packs are IP67 rated for outdoor use and are RoHS compliant. These wall packs are available in various styles to suit any application and, like other Access Fixtures luminaires, are available for custom painting to match any RAL color code.
