Dahua 2MP 1080p Water-Proof HDCVI IR-Bullet Camera Wins PROTECTOR Award

Dahua Technology, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of video surveillance products headquartered in Hangzhou, China, is proud to announce that its 2-Megapixel 1080p Water-proof HDCVI IR-Bullet camera DH-HAC-HFW2200E is crowned the Best of Camera PROTECTOR Award 2014 after rounds of competition and voting.

With a 1/3-inch 3-Megapixel CMOS, the DH-HAC-HFW2200E supports 25/30fps@1080P, 25/30/50/60fps@720P real-time recording. Meanwhile, the camera supports IR LEDs with an effective range of 20 meters in poor-lighting conditions, and its special Smart IR technology realizes intellectual IR lighting adjustment to meet different surroundings. HAC-HFW2200E's elegant design satisfies surveillance purposes among exquisite decor, and its dark glass makes the camera quite coveted as its internal LEDs are invisible during daytime.

Furthermore, Dahua worked together with HDcctv Alliance on the HDcctv 2.0 AT, delivering true HDTV signals over any legacy CCTV coaxial cabling, along with "plug 'n' play" up-the-coax remote control. HDcctv 2.0 AT, in particular, provides the means to upgrade any analogue system to HD quality video with remote control without disturbing the legacy infrastructure.

"We feel honored that HDCVI camera received this award," said Tim Shen, Marketing Director at Dahua Technology. "We really appreciate that through Protector magazine and its readers, HDCVI is proven to deliver all its advantages and received great acceptance from the market. Meanwhile, we will continue to hold an 'open' attitude for more parties to enjoy HDCVI, including manufacturers, either providing module or chipsets. Based on the success we had in government, banking and safe city projects, HDCVI is the true Analog HD solution 'in use'."
